Over the course of my career I have held many roles across organizational areas which include training and enablement, technical roles in customer support and engineering, account management roles, and roles in alliances with third-party organizations. In my current role I manage a team of eight enablement managers and am responsible for the training and education of a global customer support organization.
My passion is bringing sustainable solutions to the future of the workforce focusing on diversity and inclusion as the cornerstone of personal and professional empowerment.
I am fortunate to be certified and work within my organization as a mindfulness instructor, a coach and mentor. Additionally, I serve as a student mentor inspiring future leaders toward entrepreneurship.
I hold a Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Women and Gender Studies from Arizona State University. Currently I am pursuing a Masters in Learning Design and Technology from Arizona State University. My educational goal is to obtain my EdD in Leadership and Innovation.
I reside in the East Bay Area of California and enjoy spending my time pursuing my passion of stained glass and mosaic art.
